Educational Travel

Education is as valid outside the classroom as within and at Scoil Mhuire gan Smál we offer our students opportunities to travel both at home and abroad to enhance their whole education. 

Curriculum centred trips include Geography field trips, History museum trips, visits to the Dáil and courts. We organise annual trips to Ballyhass Lakes and Kilfinane Outdoor Activity Centre for our first year and transition year students.

As a compliment to their linguistic and cultural studies our students have travelled to Lake Garda, Paris, Munich and Iceland in recent years.
