Munster Quarter Final Football win for Intermediate Ladies

Our intermediate ladies football team had another win today against Beara in the Munster Quarter Final. Beara were the first to score. They scored 3 unanswered points. Fiona Burke scored a point which set Blarney going. Eimear O Reilly, Fiona Burke and Aideen Donovan got goals in quick succession. Eimear and Aideen scored two more points. At the end of the first half Blarney were leading with a score of 3:3 to 0:5. Blarney started off the second half well, winning a free and scoring a point. This would be Blarney only score of the second half but they had to hold off a strong Beara attack. Beara scored 2 points in the second half. The full time score was Blarney 3:4, Beara 0:7.
