Girls Basketball Report

Yesterday, our first and second years had a stormer of day winning both matched against Gaelcholáiste Mhuire AG. 1st year had a strong first quarter leading 12 points to nil and carried the lead all the way to the end. Top scorers were Ruth Dillion and Izzy Mcsweeney. Kelsey Cooper also played a great game. The final score was 35 25. Well done girls!

Our second years then followed continuing their winning streak. Top scorers were Michelle Ugwah, Saoirse Breen and Orla Humphreys. The final score was 50 18. All the girls played fantastic and we’re excited to see both teams progress to the next level. 👏🏀
